Since yesterday was Labor Day here in Italy, it's basically another four-day weekend around town. Yesterday EVERYTHING was closed (shops, museums, department stores), with the usual exceptions of gelaterie, restaurants, and pizzerie. Ironically, I worked too. Hehe. The weather was gorgeous, though: sunny, with a slight breeze. Perfect for leaving the jacket at home, which I did :-D
Today I'm taking it easy, but thank goodness my sickness has gone away. Just a bit of sniffling, but otherwise I'm back to normal. So I'm hoping to take advantage and get back up to speed with my various projects, since I left them on the back burner in these past weeks. Eeeek.
Start the month with a lot of effort and a good work ethic and it will pay off in the long run. Instability in other areas of your life, though, will be taking some of your attention. Saturn turning direct in Virgo on May 2 will allow you to complete some outstanding tasks that had resurfaced. Worry and concern on May 2 and 3 will only be temporary. May 4 will be a great time to get organized and on top of things. A New Moon in Taurus will increase your desire to get in touch with beauty and nature over the coming weeks. Tie up loose ends at work and at home on May 8 and 9 so you can take it easy on the weekend. Productivity and a serious attitude will win brownie points at work on May 13 and 14 and won't go unnoticed. You can incorporate an artistic flair into your projects. >>> [I always do!] Too much socializing and a lack of focus will put you behind with your objectives on May 15 and 16, but you'll enjoy the personal contact. As a consequence, you may have to take some work home to complete on May 18. Be flexible and adaptable on May 21 to cope with changes. The Moon in your sign on May 23 and 24 will help you stay on track with your to-do list. With Mercury and Neptune turning retrograde together on May 26, your carefully structured world will need reinforcing. Don't take anything for granted for the rest of the month.
