so yeah, it was awesome. as expected. :-D And it was just a reminded that oshngirl and I are two of the biggest dorks around. For instance, as I catch myself sitting there conducting along to the music in perfect time and cue, internally yelling at myself for being such a LOSER out in public, only to turn to my left and see oshngirl doing the exact same thing. Or, when a particularly bad opera singer was butchering an otherwise awesome song and I think to myself, well, this is what happens when we cross Carlotta with the big blue, and oshngirl turns to me and asks when we entered the fifth element.
never mind the john williams and star wars discussion on the way home. we're not even going to get into that.
