What, Galapagos?

Yeah... but I really liked Cat's Cradle!

It's been too long since I read Breakfast of Champions or Slaughterhouse 5... So I can't remember how those compare.

I guess Galapagos isn't his best, is it?

No. Cat's Cradle, Sirens of Titan, and Slaughterhouse 5 are my three favorites.

How was Vegas?

I really liked Galapagos, but that's me. I like the whole evolution and end of the society stuff, not only on the islands but also in Guyaquil (sp). But you should definitely check out Sirens, my personal favorite, or try "Godbless You, Mr. Rosewater" (featuring Elliot Rosewater from Slaughterhouse), "Player Piano," or "Deadeye Dick," to name a few.

The only Vonnegut books I didn't like were "Slapstick" and "Hocus Pocus," although I gave "Timequake" a bit of a pass because it was his last real novel.

Sirens sounds good. And his books are usually pretty quick reads. :-)
