Sha la la la la la, My oh my....

So I keep listening to this Ashely Tisdale cover of "Kiss the Girl" and I actually really like it. That's a first ^^

Last night after Japanese, a few of us went to Maggie Moos... but it was closed. So we walked down the strip to Panera... which was also closed u.u; We ended up at Starbucks, where I got a gigantic chocolate chunk cookie. It was really nice talking to them. It seems like my Japanese class is the only class where I really am beginning to make friends and now I'm glad I stayed because the people are great company. Don't get me wrong, though, the class makes me want to cry. Vetrini-sensei still hasn't graded our hiragana tests >.< He got sick again. We did, however, get to take a look at the hiragana and chapter one tests that have been marked, but not graded. Chapter 1 Test: SO MUCH RED INK!

People I know in person are reading this journal now. How insane is that? I never thought there would come a day... My friends from high school don't know this journal exists. Why? Beacuse I write about my "writing" in here and they wouldn't have understood. Fan fiction isn't 'cool', especially when it's about an [dun dun dun] anime. It's worse that I'm a terrible writer ^^; The quirk just wasn't acceptable to the people I was friends with in high school (Most of which haven't bothered to contact me. I've stayed in touch with about 5, and three of them are still in high school, so who knows what'll happen when they go off to college. Yey, pessimism.) The new friends I'm making that I feel won't think I'm insane got added to my friends list because this is sort of a clean slate. This shouldn't have to be a secret. Yey for opening up!

I'm hanging out with Vicki on Monday. She's one of the few friends who has bothered to really stay in touch. I'm meeting her at the high school and sitting in on the fall play rehearsal (She's assistant director. That's how we met, actually; when she was assistant director last year, too.) and then going over to her house and getting pretty to take some pictures of us since none exist and we've been friends for a year now. She's pretty photogenic. I'm pretty... not photogenic, haha. Oh well.

I've gotta run soon! I can't wait for my day off tomorrow. Though I will have to find my way over to the house of the woman making my Belle costume whenever she calls and says she wants me over. She wants to do a fitting. Pray it looks nice! Later.
