Writer's Block: You Wouldn't Understand
"Cat Vacuuming" is one that springs to mind. Sometimes literal, old Mr. Woo Cat did like being vacuumed... but I use it to mean "doing anything to avoid the real work". Like Today- today I have cleaned out the cupboard above the oven, thrown out a vast number of 20-year old bread bags and other crispy plastic, scrubbed the sides and shelf, then sorted and replaced only the useful items that live in that cupboard, and put other things such as candles away where THEY live. Kitchen is currently near-spotless.
I have also done practical stuff, searched for work, emailed asking for advice with this Greaseball costume leatherwork... not nearly enough of the actual work tho.
