I have been introduced formally to "Supernatural", as opposed to the passing acquaintance I had with a show which had something to do with brothers and demons.
We went to Lord of the Rings on thursday night, having planned to go up to see what they've done for Covent Garden- beautiful, by the way, and including an aerial performer hoisted up on a hot air balloon - all very pretty...Lord of the Rings was magnificent, we got the *BEST* seats for £25 an hour before the show. Must hvae been the house seats. Rachel enjoyed, I enjoyed for the 3rd time- so worth avoiding the front stalls, show's WAY better from a bit higher up! Shame about Jerome Pradon as Aragorn. He's just not magnificent and Regal - he's whiny and thin, in face and in voice. Everyone else - fabulous! Tho they did cut Gollum's soliloquy introduction scene, so he just appeared out of nowhere after the interval. Orcsies are kinda cute!
