i must’ve done something really bad in my past life
I have been getting random people coming up to me in Simei. Why? Simei is my safe haven. Zouk I can understand, Attica I can understand but Simei? It's like in the heartlands!
Guy number one approached me when I got into the lift with him. He started with some small talk then asked me what I do. I told him I was a flight attendant and he mentioned something about an Aircrew night at a place in Chijmes. So he asked me for my number and at this point of time I know there was no escaping. I need to work on rejecting people who ask for my number. I could not give him a false number too as I know he would call me on my mobile. So I gave it to him. Since then, he keeps on asking me out for coffee and calling me during his lunchtime. So I recognized his number and blocked it. Problem solved.
Last night, I was walking back from the train station this random Indian dude came up to me and asked me if I was working or studying and I said working. And he said that I looked really young and he said that he does photography and would love to do a photo shoot of me. He gave me his name card and asked me for my number. This time I was smarter and said that I would give him my email instead. So I open up my inbox and lo and behold and email from him!

It was nice meeting you at Simei MRT. You look quite beautiful and stylish. And look very young. I really thought that you were a first year college student! No kidding. Well, you are lucky to look young.
