Just a quick reminder
Today is Free Comic Book Day at participating stores in the US and elsewhere - the main site seems to be TORN'd, but check your local shops' webpages to find out if they're taking part; some larger stores are holding special events with guests and custom-commissioned local comics, so ask if there are any special events scheduled for the day, too.
(I planned to hit Double Midnight today sometime, but I have to think this through, due to the fact that it's intermittently raining, the buses run on a different - and truncated! - schedule on Saturdays (our Republican mayor thinking it will be a great budget savings to cut the Saturday service altogether, predictably) and I having to figure out how to get some 20+ lbs of catfood and cat litter and other supplies from the grocery store today, in a bit of fox/geese/grain work as well - not quite as much Logistics Hell as it could be, but fun nevertheless.)
