The first crossover that came to my mind was with Spinrad's "The Iron Dream". Must be those Gay Bejeweled Biker Nazis. Now that would be a case where "rocks fall, everyone dies" would be the happiest of happy ends, but before that one could throw a lot of popcorn.
Though "Gor" might well be one of the inspirations for "Iron Dream".
