London-Moon
Roy and I have been so busy planning our wedding, we've barely thought about our honeymoon. It's hard to believe that we'll be leaving for the UK in about a week! I keep reminding myself that I need to pack for that and buy a good guidebook. We have a friend house sitting for us the entire time and Tuesday will be staying with my dad. So we've thought that far ahead at least.
We know the basics of what we want to do:
-Go to some art museums (Tate Modern, etc)
-See some great theatre (we'll be staying in the West End)
-Day trips (but where?)
-Eat delicious food (which food?)
-See the worthwhile sites (I am not huge into all-day bus tours...bleeeh, but I am up for seeing the highlights)
-Have unique experiences
-Shop (um, that's mostly me that wants to check that out)
Anyone have any recommendations for things to do/see/eat in London or day trips from London?
We've thought about a day trip to Paris. Any thoughts on that?
