++ I really enjoyed that unpopular fandom opinions meme a while back. I think sometimes, especially with SPN, I get so tired of worrying about whether or not I'm going to harsh someones squee that just don't bother posting negative opinions. Although even more than that I really dislike the slippery slope effect that can happen, like, TO ME, when I get too nit-picky about a show. I can end up harshing my own squee pretty badly, and although I'm definitely not knocking the sometimes very smart and insightful criticism around here I also don't want to be that fan who's incapable of just enjoying a freaking tv show without tearing it a part. Which so happens. But maybe more of a balance would be better, because it was very cool to see some of the complaints people had about S4. Especially now that we can look back on it as a whole. And I was super relieved to discover how many more people are unhappy with Castiel than I'd originally thought. Maybe that opinion gets drowned out by all the overall Misha love from ~*~fandom at large~*~. IDK, Castiel seems pretty loved, too. But even moreso I was ecstatic to see so many people saying they'd like to see Dean have a connection/relationship with a girl that goes beyond his usual fuck and run. I know I should probably give up on that already, FOR THE SAKE OF MY OWN SANITY, but my desire to see different sides of Dean as brought out by different types of ladies is never going to diminish. I'm gonna be 90 years old, kickin' it in the retirement home rec room and ranting about Dean/ladies to anyone who will sit still long enough to listen, I just know it.

This is the part where they meet, and Dean thinks he's clever, but Sarah is cleverer.

Haha, okay, Dean's face is ridiculous in that bottom cap, I KNOW. I was trying to create that not so unexpected moment when drama causes the pair to open up and show vulnerability and really ~*~SEE EACH OTHER FOR THE FIRST TIME~*~.
The no-holds-bared fight where all the nasty truths come out, and voices are raised, and wild gesturing occurs, and doors are slammed!
If the caps were available, here would be the section where fight induced introspection causes them to face each other again which results in doing it on all available surfaces wild animal style.
Oh, but stubborn feistiness persists!
Again, given available caps, here would be yet another sexy (though more intimate this time) reconciliation + happy, albeit still feisty happy ending.
