This fandom has a tendency to do that. When I first got into it I never thought I'd be comfortable reading Wincest. Now it's all I write (aside from Wee!Chesters). Same thing with RPS. So when it comes to this pairing I knew I'd be drawn to it.

For not having written in a while you did Amazingly.

LOL. Hopefully in a good way :) I've just always had a really hard time buying that it was always all about Sam. So, when it turned out that God had bigger plans for him, I was like, HA!

The idea that it was always "all about Sam" bugged me for years and I kept wondering when Dean would get his moment in the spotlight (I might be a little biased though). I don't think I really became a fan of Supernatural until Lazarus Rising when Castiel walked into the barn and declared heaven had a purpose for Dean. YAY. I'm loving this fic, thank you.

I've always had issues with "Why Sam?!" with the whole Yellow Eyes thing.. like it didn't make sense why it'd be Sam since most of the other children were first borns.. this is an interesting take on it.

This was great. Though I have to admit, I was picturing Katie!Ruby and not Generic!Ruby.. and it makes it that much more epic.

I KNOW, me to! I never bought that it was all about Sam. In fact it bugged me to death. You see, Dean is the better hunter and if I had to pick a general to lead my army it would be him. So why did YED pick Sam?! Well, when it was revealed that God had plans for Dean this little plot bunny demanded to be written. I'm happy you liked it!!
