This episode was so perfect and I'm so dazzled that I can't even write a coherent analysis. Instead I'm just gonna quote all the best parts and just spazz over them . . .

I think future!Cas being stoned is how he deals with the utter pain he feels?? Just my opinion.

The Unit was an awesome show, I totally loved it.

I'm dying for the brother v. brother showdown . . . but I still think that Sam wont ever agree to it.

So can Dean/Cas PLEASE BE CANON NOW?!

Castiel's FACE in the whorehouse. He looked like he was about to break down and cry and cling to Dean and beg him to take him home right the fuck now and away from all the slutty girls with their icky boobies. LOL and trying to comfort the prostitute? Fucking WIN. Yeah Cas, tell her it's not her fault she's a pro, that goes over great.

TRUE FAX MAN. Castiel is trying to find God to save Dean, but honestly, I don't think it's going to work. As soon as Dean finds out Sam is Lucifer's vessel and is going to give into Lucifer, he's going to go all gung-ho and let Michael take him over. Dean might be "happy" without Sam around, but he died for his brother, he'll become an angel and then be a vegetable for the rest of his life for him too.

I agree that Dean is inevitably going to become Michael at some point . . . but um . . . as for the rest, you know the spoilers, yes?

When Dean fixed his tie and then when he put his arm around Castiel, I thought I would die of joy!!!! This was am amazing episode.

I was, like, flailing throughout the entire episode. It was 45 minutes of Dean/Cas interspersed with Sammy being naked. EVERY EPISODE SHOULD BE LIKE THIS.
