'Also, how hilarious was it that de-powered Cas was ten times more kickass than powered Cas? Like, he took out two angels and scared Zach shitless. Awesome.'
I know! It was awesome! My theory is that Cas was weak before because he had doubt (didn't know what was right or wrong) but now that he has no doubt (he knows the angels are wrong) he's much stronger.

'Speaking of awesome, Dean is indeed Michael's sword - the archangel Michael's vessel - which is so, so cool and something I know many of us have been predicting for a while.'
I thought that too. It puts Cas' whole 'I thought you would be able to hear me because special people can hear my true voice' speech to Dean in Lazarus Rising in a new context.

'P.P.S. Is it just me or is God a Dean/Cas fangirl? Why else would she resurrect the angel after he was . . . uh . . . touched by an Archangel?'
Yep, totally a fangirl. That just made me laugh. Don't you mean groped by an Archangel.

'Honestly at this point I think Castiel is going to step up and fill in Sam's place as the person that Dean trusts to have his back.'
I think so too. I just hope that Dean doesn't because completely dependent on Cas the way he was on Sam. I've always wanted Dean to stand on his own. In the first episode of the series he was on his own for two weeks (I think) before he tracked down Sam.

'Did you know that he was originally slated to play Castiel but then Misha Collins came along and that was that. Cool, right?'
I didn't know that. That is cool!

'Speaking of which - the ghost!baby cooing freaked me right the fuck out.'
So very creepy.

YES! I feel exactly the same way.

I don't think he could be that co-dependent on anyone but Sam, thankfully that looks like its finished!
