Life...
It has been a while since I have posted anything on LJ due to Uni and work. Supposed to be my summer off but instead I have found myself pulling copious amounts of hours at the Uni library trying to get through my dissertation research. I can honestly say that I am now officially panicking, its to be around 15,000 words which isn't too bad...or so I thought! I've had a thesis shipped over the US, a few books brought in from other European countries and am now starting to realise how much is out there for source material, so much so that I am a stage where I could literally write my PHd thesis rather than a Master's one.
Beyond that, work is killing me, I have bronchitis at the moment and due to an old injury flaring up last year and having to take time off sick, I have no more sick days that I can take off. So I am currently stuck on my couch counting down the hours until I have to leave for my evening shift constantly coughing, running a fever and barely able to talk...not very good for someone who has to spend their shift on the phone!!
On a massive plus, I managed to get my spn_hardcore_bb done. With everything going at the minute, I didn't think that I would get through it but I managed to pull it off. Been talking to my artist who has done some fantastic cover art for it and getting so excited with it. Its the first challenge I have done in a while, my last being the Sam and Dean OTP bang last year. I can honestly say though that I wouldn't have gotten through it if it hadn't been for the support of reapertownusa who told me that I could do it...thank you so much
