OMG, you guys....i have a recipe for you...that is if you like lemon meringue. It's low fat, low sugar and not an ounce of it tastes like it.



For the filling, you need:
1 container of cool whip
1 and 3/4 cup of milk (skim for the least fattening, but your choice)
1 - 8oz. block of cream cheese
1 box of sugar free instant vanilla pudding
1 container of crystal light, lemon flavoring

Directions:
Soften your cream cheese and then stir to smooth out. Add a cup of your milk, mixing in with your cream cheese. Add half of your sugar free vanilla pudding mix, mixing in. Mix in the rest of your milk. Then mix in the rest of your pudding mix. After that, mix in the lemon flavored crystal light. Once everything is mixed together, add your cool whip by folding it in. Mix on low from there, just enough to properly mix everything.

You can eat this as a pudding or you can put it in a graham cracker pie crust.

I prefer to eat it as a pudding (less carby that way). But it'll definitely take care of your sweet tooth. That's for sure.
