I have made the first step!
So...I went to my new doctor today for a physical and with a hidden agenda of getting him to give me a referral for surgical weight loss. It worked! The bad news is....I got on the scale and I weighed more today than I ever have in my whole life! The good news is...in a few days I will have the referral to the specialist and I can begin the process....I am both disgusted and hopeful. That is probably the place I need to be in...
