With the first hint of spring in the air however Barry’s demeanour was all changed. He was up and alert. The principl,e who’d been on the side of having a stern world with Barry’s father about the fact that Barry’s tardiness was becoming a problem and no matter what Barry said ‘I didn’t want to get out of bed this morning’ was not a good enough excuse, put the sudden burst of energy down to a good talking to and was happy to forget the marks on Barry’s record. The coach thought it was because the sports season was starting up properly again and Barry had something to look forward to every week.
Only Roddy knew it was because of the change of seasons. Barry was filled with energy for more than sports or schools now though. They didn’t manage to get through a whole movie now without Barry’s hand slipping up under his shirt or down into his pants and Roddy gave up trying to watch anything with a plot because Barry would never let him watch long enough to understand the end of it. He mourned the fact that he could no longer watch German language films on his boyfriend’s big screen TV and his score in languages dropped a little because of it but the payoff was mostly worth it.
Now if they ended up in Barry’s big bed there was no spooning unless they’d already attempted a couple of other positions and Barry was knotted in him, still ready to go and Roddy was flagging slightly because he might be a teenager and have a great recovery time but three times a night was pushing it for him and he knew he was going to be painfully sore the next day.
Barry didn’t fall asleep in class now but he did skip it to fuck Roddy in the school bathrooms. Roddy couldn’t wait for the summer holiday where he and Barry could abandon clothes altogether and revert back to nature for a bit. Rats didn’t have a season the way that bears did but Roddy was always up for it, the perks of being a Reinigen. They bred like anything. It was a part of Roddy to like getting fucked so often and so thoroughly. If he had to put up with a bit of a dry patch in the winter months then he could deal with that because he knew that come the summer he wasn’t going to be up off his back for very long. Not unless Barry felt like trying out another position.
