“I have to stop Lucifer.” Michael growled, trying to get up from the bed but Adam held him down with one slim hand. If he wasn’t an angel then he wouldn’t have been able to prevent Michael from getting up, not if he was really the lithe teenage boy he appeared to be, but there was a hidden power in his vessel.

“When you’re healed.” He said, running his hand up to touch Michael’s cheek, beginning to knit the open cuts together but Michael pushed his hand away weakly.

“Luci…” He murmured. Adam knew he needed sleep. Lucifer had taken the car and split from them, determined to take down Sam on his own and it had been as if all of hell had converged on them after that, determined to keep Michael and Lucifer apart. It had only been Adam’s intervention that had kept Michael from being ripped to pieces.

“When you’re better!” Adam snapped, tired of Michael and his self-sacrificing nature. He pressed two fingers against Michael’s forehead and let him sink back into the bed, asleep now. Michael need to rest up for what was to come and Adam needed to heal him. It would just be easier to do if Michael slept through all of it. Sighing softly, Adam pressed a kiss to Michael’s forehead. “I’ll find Lucifer. I promise, Michael.”

Sam is all about trying to bring about hell on earth and being Sam that's probably going to mean a lot of salad bars or something.
