Top 5 reasons why I work out

Losing wieght is one of the hardest things to do. Most of the time it is just inconvient. Its a change of diet, its excersise, its just plain work. But I think for most people the biggest difficulty to overcome is finding that motivation. Well today im posting my top 5 things that motivate me
(as a way to motivate me further.)

5.) Beyonce. We are the same height and we have the same body type. Granted her boobs are far bigger than mine but theres alot that can be said for a nice push up bra and lots of padding 

4.) Stress relief. When im having the worse day ever, it nice to punch stuff. Or get all sweaty with a high intensity workout. Your brain releases lots of wonderful chemicals that both promote brain function and just make you happier.

3.) It would be pretty rocking to be able to be an action star. Not gunna Lie

2.) I love dancing and moving. And i think i secretly want to be a "Diamond Dog" from the Moulin Rouge.

1.) Finally the biggest reason to motivate me to work out is that I dont want to eat just crackers and almonds for the rest of my life. I like food. ALOT and if the food i like makes me have to work out a bit harder then im okay with it. But i refuse to be the girl that cuts all the things that makes her happy from her diet. I mean Im pretty lucky that i dont really enjoy bacon wrapped twinkies and that i prefer fruit and veggies over tons of other things. I dont eat alot of meat, or fast food because it just doesnt taste very good. But you know what? Im going to have my cake and eat it too. (In moderation of course)


I was in disneyland so i indulged =P

And with all of this motivation Ive already lost a dress size. One more to go then Ive reached my goal. And if i don't reach it, hey atleast I'd be healthier for trying =)
