today is a bad pain day but that isn't going to keep me out of the gym. I'm going tonight with Kendra and Rebecca. I worked out with my trainer on saturday and He kicked my ass!!! My arms are still hurting!
So our goals have been
NO Fastfood
NO Soda
40-50% Veggies and as many of those that we can get that are fresh
Lower the times we eat out period
Due to the holiday we're meeting our trainer on Tuesday instead of Saturday.
My big questions have been about portion control. how much should I eat how often what should I do when my tummy feels like it has had too much food and how much water is too much because I really rather drink water or tea than anything else. What are your favorite snacks? Any other ideas as to what you would do to loose weight?
