I made delicious (or so I'm told) glutenous pizza dough from scratch. 'Cause I still think it's fun even though I can't eat it. Y threatened/offered to come over when I was making it to take some off my hands. :) I always make a big batch and then freeze so there's a small stash in the freezer. The zucchini crust is actually just zucchini and eggs. It's delicious but not very crust like. I plan to tweak the recipe a bit on my next try.
Honestly it has kind of been a bit of a train wreck over here in some ways. Other ways things are fine. :) We should hang out some time or something!

I've been rather train wreck like myself lately, getting all bunched up on things that don't really matter.
We should look at something next weekend, although, I don't know what next weekend looks like at all. I just know what this weekend looks like.
I'd love to have the front yard raked. I wonder how much expensive cheese I would have to buy to get Y to help me . . . it would probably be significantly cheaper to pay someone to do it!
I'm sort of cracking under the financial pressure and the strain of being with someone who has no grasp of financial reality... It is rough!
I've recently found out that I may be without a car again as of this weekend. Needless to say I'm SUPER FREAKING THRILLED. It's a big old cluster F. If I can, I will be trying to whore myself out as a photographer on Saturday in the morning but other than that I should be pretty open.
Ha! You're probably right about the cheese! I wonder if that would work on my SO too... We've been so busy this weekend this is the first time I've had to really even sit down.
You guys can swing by here on your way out tonight to pick up some home made pizza dough. :)
