Gobble Gobble
Hey everyone.
Not much news on yesterday...I checked out The Husband which I have been DYING to read.
I only had 3 classes today..we had an early dismissal..I am on break from school until next Monday baby! I finished a major part of some college apps last night and gave it to my advisor to read today..their deadline is Dec.1.
Woot! I'm on break baby, all I have to do is read Scarlet Letter during break..yuck. My classes today were a breeze except for chemistry..we watched House in med. careers and I had free time in newspaper.
Also something funny happened between a classmate and me:
I was walking to the library and Julio caught my eye and waved.
Julio: Have a good Thanksgiving!
Me: You too!
How sweet.
My friend Sara and I possibly planning a double date this Sat...her bf set me up w/ a friend..I hope it works and it isn't like last time! My bud Saloeut (FB people may know her) and I are also switching movies to watch over break..I'm giving her VM S2 and Brick (touché Gaby haha) and she's giving me John Tucker Must Die and High School Musical.
Today I also hung out with another friend, Sarah, at the mall. Since she's leaving for Idaho on Monday to go to the Job Core we prolly won't see each other until Xmas..that sucks. Anyway we just walked around. I lost my cell temporarily at the Disney store..LMFAO. Sarah was shocked I didn't freak out..lol. She's been getting high a lot lately so it sucks because she looked worn down. I hope she really gets better. It was funny when I was leaving so Dad could pick me up..she decided to take the bus and we both told each other to stay out of trouble/don't fuck up and kept looking back at each other..haha..odd. She took me to Victoria's Secret for the first time ever..same with Abercombie and Bitch (sorry people who shop there)..haha..I've lived here for almost 10 years and I've never gone to those stores in my mall..it was okay..eh. One of them actually had these gorgeous dresses. Hmm. (Papaya or something?)..is it me or is my hardcore raver friend turning preppy? LOL.
Anyway, I am thankful for a lot. Really. For not being homeless. Or starving in another country. I have a family, no matter how dysfunctional. Great friends. Sisters. I realize I have the power to spread good. And I will do that.
I have NO internet access at all tomorrow. Besides, for obvious reasons, I'll be hanging out w/ my parents and us 3 will be eating turkey. Haha. All the libraries and anywhere else will be closed and I obviously have no home comp. It sucks. Those who have my number can call me and we can exchange greetings. I'll have myself occupied..Idk if Passions is airing tomorrow but I have the Macy's Parade on the same channel which I LOVE watching. Ever since I was a kid, I wish I would be there. Someday I will. Anyone wanna come? LOL. Hah. Plus, RBD is gonna be performing there! I also have GA..and let's not forget the Univision Houston concert..tomorrow is a good day to be thankful for RBD. I am.
Plus, I'll have United 93, Goal!, Eight Below and Saloeut's movies to keep me occupied.
I love you all! I want you all to be thankful for your life, no matter how much it sucks, because so many others have it sooo bad (I know some of them..they're my friends) and I want you all to know I am VERY thankful to know each and ever one of you.
