I'm going to respond to the comment you left me in my journal here, because I don't like to have a weight-related discussion in my regular journal unless it's on my JUDDD filter, because it upsets some of my friends.

hey!! I just joined the JUDDD community and saw a few posts from you. You're incredibly slim (in an envious way!) and so that makes the diet seem even more appealing. How much per week on average were you losing (I'm trying to weigh it up with a couple of other options atm) and what cals were you eating on the up and down days. also I think i've seen a few posts from you on other communities, do you have scolliosis ( sorry about the spelling, it's late at night!) I always remembered your posts and thought they were amazing!!
Thank you! I was losing ~3 lbs per week the first 3 weeks, since then I've maintained (mostly due to gaining muscle while still losing fat, so I've been getting smaller nonetheless), with some weeks of losing 1 lb/week. For a while I plateaued, but I did finally break that plateau. It's been nearly 8 weeks for me on juddd.
At first I was complete fasting on down days and then eating 1500-1900 on up days, but after I lost the bulk of the weight, I started eating more like 2000+ on my up days, which is why I plateaued I think. Then I started on a med that requires me to take it with food, and so for the past 2 weeks I've been eating 20% on my down days and I've started coutning during the past week on my up days, and not allowing myself to go much over 1600.
If you find one of my posts in juddd, I tag them with my user name and you can read all my weekly up dates.
I have posted in realthin also and yep I am the girl with scoliosis. Thanks again and god luck!
