Day 04 - Your favourite show ever
I'm sorry, no pictures today as it's already past my bed-time and I can't be bothered. Yes I have a bed time. I need a lot of sleep, ok!
My favourite show has always been, and will always be, Buffy The Vampire Slayer. No matter how many new and wonderful shows come along (yes I'm looking at you Glee) nothing will beat my love of Buffy.
When it first started it was nothing like anything that had been on before. It was kick ass, it was strangely relateable despite the fantastical situation, and above all it was funny. It introduced me to a whole new way of speaking and I still find myself quoting it without thinking - such as "I think I speak for everyone when I say 'HUH?'".
My other epic TV loves from way back are Charmed and Farscape. Back when I was a teenager these three where my holy trinity of TV viewing. I remember I once cried because I couldn't watch Buffy and the only repeat was on later than I was allowed to stay up. I was about 10 or something, give me a break! That makes me feel really young... That I was 10 when Buffy first started... Wow.
