Sore but good

thursday, i took my first ever fitness class called "cardio ball sculpting".  OMG, it was so freakin intense and hard. After 30 minutes, I had to take a break and catch my breath, then I went back. Both my legs and abs are soooooo sore!  I'm glad I did it but I know it will take me a while to adjust to all this intense workouts. 
Monday, I meet with a personal trainer to discuss diet and exercise. She wil also take my body fat percentage and I'll weigh in and all that. Then she'll give me a personal workout routine to do. Its going to be very embarrassing but it has to be done. Especially if I want to meet my goals.
