Time is the Enemy
Well I'm back! Well rested, peeling, and in shock that it's already August!
I absolutely LOVE University of Portland!!! 1st choice right now, hands down.
Arch Cape once again outdid itself. My God so much fun! The constant music, card games, fierce games of Risk, 'nip spanks,' rebellious nipples, "Mr. Why-Not?"...
To make it all even better than this I feel truly loved after this trip. Brian, Joe, and pretty much all the parents (Teresa and Tim deny any knowledge)were in on a scheme. Monday afternoon Chris and his dad show up to surprise me and that they're staying until Wednesday! Not only did my boyfriend and his dad (both of their ideas) drive 4 hours to see me but everyone was in on it because they all knew how much I missed him.
Thank God for long talks with Pam. She really put into perspective the whole concept of love: parental and relational, and taught me what real friends are.
So Monday night everyone wanted Brian and Chris to play something. So somehow they ended up on the balcony while everyone else was on the front lawn. Not only were they absolutely awesome and Joe and Rob joined them, but their concert also attracted many neighbors who flocked onto our lawn. God it was funny to see old people move like that! And then this weird lady ran into the house and onto the balcony where she drummed on patio furniture with silverware. Later we found out she was actually famous at one point.
Beach fires and sunsets ended our days while afternoons were spent soaking up the sun on the beach.
Chris and I have decided to stay together when he leaves. This subject has been so touchy for me that it's finally good to know what to expect. What was even better was that he was the one who put his foot down and told me how he wanted it. Pam told me that love is one of the strongest bonds in the world...who says it isn't worth a try??? I'll probably be spending a lot of time with him now because he is leaving so soon. I'm sorry if this affects others of you, but please understand...time is my enemy.

Kicked ass at a meeting today! God damn it was fun!
Me and Alex are thinking about taking a trip over to Pullman this month.
My Aunt, Unlce, and cousins are going to be visiting from England next week.
18 in 3 weeks!
