Between the Stress...there is livejournal
Hey everyone! I know that all of you probably thought that I was lost. I think at this moment I am a bit lost. This is because of the usual, all the homework that I have been trying to crank out. I'm still not completely finished with all I have to do this week. However, I have to get it all done because this week I am going to Pittsburgh to see the Steelers play. How amazing is that?!
Lately I have been feeling really distant. I have not been able to talk and spend time with my friends the way I would like to. I've been really exhausted and with all the work that I have to do I don't have the social life that I would like. I need a social life!!! Maybe once I get things more organized then I can get back to being my social self.
Paul and I went to two weddings this fall and had a good time. We have been going to weddings so that we have ideas about what we can do for our own that will make it a good wedding. We haven't really sat down and talked about what we would like out of our wedding. I think that that is the first step in planning a wedding, you have to make a list of things that you like and things that you dislike.
The funny thing is that at the wedding we went to last weekend in New Jersey, Paul reconnected with a friend that he hasn't spent time with in awhile. The guy's name is Jayce and he has a twin named Jeremy. They are two of the funniest guys I know. They play off one another and it's just comical to watch. However, Jayce is gay and the only gay friend that Paul has. THE BEST THING is that Jayce and I have become fast friends. The way we talk to one another is funny. Paul, Jeremy, Jayce, and I went to dinner last night and we ended up spending two and a half hours talking. It's also an added bonus that Jayce knows....ELIJAH WOOD!!! Woooo!!!! They aren't close friends but they have bumped into one another when Jayce has spent extended amounts of time in NYC.
Anyway, I should get back to work. I am going to try to get a paper done before my 4:15 class.
