I can't sneeze....FUCK! And because of that my right eye keeps watering from the pressure. I hate being sick, but I'm sure it's my own damn fault. I had another appointment with the psychologist today, I think it went well...he's going to put me on something called lexapro for my anxiety, anyone got anything interesting to say about that? If you cant just relax and try to sleep during the flight, then take a magazine, or a puzzle book or cards you can play with dana! It helps to either sleep or distract yourself.. or in flight movies if they arent to lame!! =)

I know things in life can get confusing.. and stupid.. but dont lose focus on whats important hon.. family, friends and personal growth time!!! You and I are so much alike in alot of ways.. and I know that we dont always put ourselves first.. but as I'm learning and I think you are too.. its something that most other people have no trouble doing.. and something that is important to the harmony in work/home/life etc. The rhythm of life.. have to take time to learn what makes you happy =) ya know?
Anyways hon.. I'm tired.. its been an insane week.. I hope you have a great holiday with your dad and sister.. I sure hope in january we can get you girls up here for a tubing party! =) would be good times! Love you!
