Rotten Day
Not long before i left the hosue this morning, in fact it was right in the middle of getting ready for work, i reached down beside my bed to grab my glasses.
Well, unbeknownst to me, the left arm of the glasses was actually under the cord to my alarm clock, so when i pulled them up the left arm got caught and the next thing i know *POP*
The lense came flying out and thats ok, however, the frame right at the arms base has snapped which means that the lense cannot go back in.
Result: I need new glasses, i made an appointment downstairs at work for 9am monday morning. I'm so glad that i work right upstairs from an Eyecare centre.
Bad news is that i only started health insurance last month. And therefore still have 5 months left to wait before i can make Optical Claims.
And it was only like 2 weeks ago i had decided that i would get new glasses too, but i figured i could wait and do it at my leisure..... Seems like Karma has decided i need it sooner.
