I've decided not to spread my horrid mood around by posting about it. That last sentence contradicted itself, I believe. But you get the point.

Instead, I will gloat about the fact that last night I finally managed to touch my toes for the first time in years. I did it without stretching beforehand, too. Just bent over in the shower for the hell of it to see if I was any closer to being able to do it and suddenly I realized I WAS doing it! :D How awesome is that? I was starting to feel like the only person in the world who couldn't touch their toes.

My next goal is to be able to put my hands flat on the floor, and I'm still working on splits. I've been reading up a lot on yoga and it's been extremely helpful in giving me ideas on how to achieve my flexibility goals, through breathing and with certain postures. It's also helped me to learn how to force my body to relax.

Goals for the rest of the day are to finish packing my books (six boxes of them so far, heh), to pack my CDs, and to figure out what to wear to the Starbucks meeting thingy tomorrow.
