#2 - Original - Tobias
Today we've got a character by shadowsilt. Tobias bears a rather uncanny resemblance to Dr. Facilier from Princess and the Frog, but he was actually concieved several years in advance... He's a creepy-yet-dapper boogyman, being adapted into a Sluagh for an upcoming Changeling RPG, and is best thought of as a mix of Gambit, Dorian Grey, and Hannibal Lecter.
