I heard that you're settled down,
That you found a girl and you're married now,
I heard that your dreams came true,
Guess she gave you things I didn't give to you,

Ain't like you to hold back or hide from the light.
It shocked me the first time I heard the news. I was just waking up when I turned on the TV and heard the news man announce that event that meant everything was over. It was over already but that just made it even clearer, as if it wasn’t already clearer enough for my broken heart.
“Kim Jonghyun just announced he’s marrying his 3 years girlfriend Shin Se Kyung!”
I was supposed to be part of the marriage vows, not her.
I hate to turn up out of the blue uninvited,
But I couldn't stay away, I couldn't fight it,
I had hoped you'd see my face,
And that you'd be reminded that for me it isn't over.
I enter the room without trying to gain much attention. I arrived late on purpose so that all the attention would’ve been on you already.
I went into the little ocean of people and reporters that were crowded in front of the stage. It was your solo album reception. An album with full of love songs. None dedicated to me of course.
You caught my eyes while you were singing one of those songs. I could see that your expression soften when you saw me. Was it that my eyes showed my feelings too well?

It’s been a little more than two years since the five of us decided to go our separate ways. Do you remember those days where we were in the edge of glory? All of us were so happy, the two of us madly in love. All the moments we shared…

I won’t ever forget anything we did or said those years. We both went through hardships and beautiful moments together. I always lived with a little hope. You always said our love was tough and forbidden, but you never said it was going to be this hard; maybe you tried to warn me but I just didn’t want to believe it. Until she came… everything started to go downhill from that moment.
Never mind, I'll find someone like you,
I wish nothing but the best for you too,
Don't forget me, I beg

I was about to leave from your wedding party but I heard my name being called. I turned around and saw you looking at me with those puppy eyes.
“Thank you for coming, it means a lot to me” you said while giving me a short hug as old friends would do.
“It was a beautiful ceremony. I wish the best for both of you” I answered back. I looked at you for a little more.
Please never forget me. I said with my eyes and you nodded as if understanding what I have said to myself.
You gave me that smile that usually woke up a fire in my heart, but this time… I didn’t feel it anymore.
Before any of us could say anymore I just walked away, not looking back for the first time after all these years.
