This is what I call "Starting the year with the right foot"
My godmother came back from her work at the hospital with a great gift: a virus for all, yeay!! XD That's the best way to start the new year, vomiting and with a terrible stomachache! Well, I shouldn't complain - of all five people who are sick, I think I'm the less affected. At least I'm better now! =P
Besides that little detail, these past days were great! We reunited at my aunt's again on the 31st, we had dinner and I had the "pleasure" to listen to one of uncles singing fado (I bet that was the beer singing =P) while my cousins were playing Monopoly with my mom - by the way, she beated them all and won a little fortune! XD Unfortunately, this year the fireworks were terrible and we couldn't see them from where we were, which almost made my godson cry. I went to bed at almost 3 AM, though I have no idea what took us so long! ^^'
On the next day, we went to my aunt's (again!), we had lunch and I spend the afternoon with her, my mom, my sister and a cousin playing the STOP game (no idea if you know what I'm talking about), which is always great - my cousin didn't believe that I started playing this game before he was even born (he's 12). Dinner was great too. I can't say the same to the fact that Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire was being transmited on TV with portuguese voices - gah, Harry's voice is sooooooooooooooooo terrible! And the night I had after that; if it was a movie I would call it "The Attack of the Virus". But oh well...
Christmas holidays are now at the end! =( Monday I have classes again and I don't want it! Gah... I hate that city! =P
I already planned that Out From Under fanfiction and I think it will be a great adventure! :) Hope it will follow the ideas I have in my head - which sometimes can be something really hard. Let's see...
I think I'll take the night to watch The House of Mirth. Tomorrow my mom is working all afternoon, so I'll be able to watch Straightheads alone! XD I mean, I'm going to watch them at my computer, but she always likes to spy on what I'm doing... =P
Oh, and How to Lose Friends and Alienate People premiered here on January 1st, but not on my city. Nhe... :x What it's on the cinema now is Twilight, but I hate going to there alone. My sister already watched it, she loved it but my mom is not very happy with the idea of us watching the same movie more than once - damn, I don't even go to the cinema that much! O.O
Oh well...
