Friday the Thirteenth!
I love Friday the Thirteenth! I have had so much luck on Fridays the Thirteenth! I opened my first business on a Friday the Thirteenth, my favourite sibling was born on Friday the Thirteenth, I narrowly escaped death on a Friday the Thirteenth. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this day.
I consider thirteen to be my lucky number, I am, in fact wearing my lucky 13 underwear right now. (A gift from Dideedi, one of the few who really understands me)And, to top it off, today in Halifax it is beautiful!
I got up early today to run my husband downtown to set up his pitch for the Buskerfest, only a couple days left to get your palm reading! He's in the alley between Maritime Museum and the Sackville Landing stage. He's near Boneheads and Rocky's Barbecues so follow the smell of meat and you will find him.

I am also in the throes of applying for a bunch of jobs I found online, I found one about two hours after the deadline, but since the ad was still up I applied any way, I think I will be perfect for it, provided I am not disqualified by the fact that my application was late.
I am also applying for some other jobs today, day jobs, I think I want to do something where I have to dress nicely for work...you know look as smart as I am. I wear jammies at home, and in my work life I have spent the last fifteen years in dancewear!
My son is about to leave for college in a leetle teeeny town called Shelburne, we have to take a drive there tomorrow to see his residence room and pay the deposit. I am so terribly afraid I may get lost. But, I have a map, and unlike many others, I can read one very well. I am looking forward to him getting some life experience away from the family. He is going to have a great time! And, when he's done, he'll be an electrician, so he will never lack work...not ever!
I am off now to apply for some jobs, could be employed soon, yay me!
