West Allis aka "Stallis", or White Allis is the epitome of White trash. With a 94% white population, and the fact that the city was named after a factory you can just imagine the stench of blue collar strip malls that fill the air. Only 36% of the residents are high school graduates, and only 23% who are go onto college, so the common dream is saving up your minimum wage earnings for years on end to afford a ranch or a bungalow. The average household income is $39,394, probably a contributing reason to the numerous trailer parks. Some common past times are Friday night fish frys, crusin' the strip (highway 100), spray painting the wall at the "prestigious" West Allis Central, the Wisconsin State Fair, and apparantly a new cocaine problem is invading the city streets. One word can only describe West Allis: WEALTH
