A bit of math

My body uses about 1500 calories a day for basic functions if I do absolutly nothing

If I take in only 500 calories a day, that provieds a 1000 calorie defeciet

3500 calories = 1 pound

At this rate, I will lose 1 lb every 3 1/2 days

I will lose about 10 lbs a month

I should reach my goal of 110 lbs in about 6-7 months...

I'm sure the number of calories used per day changes with weight loss, but it's a rough estimate
