dirty tricks
well, today was a weird day. had to work at 11. my mom woke me up at 11:03. hmmmm-- i wonder what was wrong with that? work was slow, joked around with Brett a lot so it was okay. not as bad as i thought it might have been. went home, took care of some business and went and picked up Alex. we decided that house i am watching in LO is pimp and i watered the plants a bit. We then went looking for and ATM machine (the atm machine at the bank across from safeway is REALLY hott inside) and then went to stanfords for dinner. there was a really cute boy working there who opened the door for us. i think i made a fool out of myself a few times when he would catch me starring at him. oh well, he was a hottie.
we couldnt think of anything else but to go see Chad at his work. sat there for awhile and you could tell he was getting really embarassed so we finally left. Harry Potter was on tv so we went back to Alex's house to watch for awhile and wait for Chad to call us so we could go in his hot tub. well, about 9:30 Marcus called. wanted to come to my house but my parents were being wweird (they think i had a party.... why would they think that? lol) so i told him to meet me at wilamette park. a few things on the phone i should have known it was a joke. he asked who i was with and what her last name is. why would he care? also, he and his friend knew how to get to the park with no help. third, when i asked who he was with, he stuttered. hmmm, i should have known. anywho, i went home and changed (i looked liked a ho with what i was wearing) and went down to the park. Marcus should have been there before us, but he wasnt. he called and said he was about there. then he didnt show. so i called him and he siad he was a few minutes away. he saw a car coming down the street so we ran back to the swings and right when we sat down he looked in front of us and marcus was standing there with "jeff". i walked to marcus and said hi and hugged him and i looked at "jeff" and i thought he was pretty cute in the dark. so i said HI JEFF! like the dope i am. i guess they thought i recognized who it was so marcus told me he only did this becuase he doesnt really hate me. thats when it hit me.. "jeff" wasnt a "jeff" it was ryan baggerly. the boy i would avoid at all costs and really thought he hated me. it was awkward at first but by they time they had to leave (like an hour later) he was good. i hate to say it, but i was kind of glad that marcus tricked me into seeing him. Talking to ryan alone was actually one of the things on my list to do before college and he said he would give me a call so we could. that was nice. so i said goodbye to both, took alex home and now i am home myself and just reflecting on what a strange day it was. yes, i feel bad for standing Chad up, but i feel like this was an important thing to get done and i totally fell better about everything.
