FACTS.
een. Chloé talks. A lot. She can babble on and on - sometimes about the most pointless of things. If you ask her a simple question, expect to get a lecture back. Don't be surprised if you let her borrow your phone and you have an outrageous phone bill later. And dear lord don't make her nervous, or you'll never get her to stop.
twee. Although she's been trying to work on it, she's actually very nosy. She just loves hearing about other people's lives. And while she's in no way a good source for advice, she likes to think she is. She'll pry into other people's business sometimes, just to add her own two bits to it - wanted or not.
drei. She loves sweets, especially chocolate and waffles... Which probably make up a larger portion of her diet than they should. She manages to balance it out by “Walking around while window shopping,” or at least that's what she claims.
vier. Headstrong? Practically her middle name. She's not known for following orders very well, and when if she wants to do something you can bet your bottom dollar that nothing's going to stop her. This little trait of hers is probably the reason why she can't ever seem to hold a job for any long period of time, not that she'd ever admit to that.
vijf. She has absolutely no problem resisting. If you ask her to do something that she doesn't want to do, she won't hesitate to tell you no. This is something that she thinks is important for every person, although trying to instill this into her little sister without sounding like some kind of cheesy anti-drug commercial has proven to be a challenge.
zes. Chloé isn't on the... Best terms with her parents, to say the least. It's not that she's mad at them or anything, they just haven't talked much since she moved. She wouldn't object to having more contact with them... She just finds their prying annoying. She wishes they would just hold their tongues about what they think she should do with her life and let her find her own way.
zeven. Despite her cute and cheerful appearance, she's known to have a short fuse at times. If you favor your life, it's best not to underestimate her temper. She's a no-nonsense kind of person, and won't take any crap from anyone.
acht. Although the relationship with her brother has been strained at times, she's glad to be able to live so close to him. She would really like to get closer to him and bring the family together, although their differences tend to make that somewhat hard.
negen. She loves to drink, especially beer. Unfortunately, coupling this with her aggressive nature isn't the smartest idea. Her emotions tend to get intensified when she's drunk, often leaving for some regrettable things happening... That half the time she doesn't even remember.
tien. She really loves animals, especially domestic ones like cats and dogs. She used to have several pets, but she had to give them up due to the fact that she could barely manage to feed herself with her rent and college fees, much less other little mouths.
SECRET.
Even though she can seem really intimidating when she's angry, she forgives really easily. As a matter of fact, all it takes is for you to say “Sorry” and almost instantly her anger dissipates. Although if she never hears an apology, she can hold a grudge for a very long time.

“... Uh-huh, yeah! That's what I thought!” Chloé said as she dug around the bottom of her purse for the key to her apartment, cell phone wedged between her shoulder and chin. Her fingers finally met with the metal key, and she smirked triumphantly to herself. Unlocking the door, she reached up to grab the phone again as she listened to her friend talk.
“Yeah, I totally hear you. But hey, I have some essay to finish, so I'll talk to you later. Okay? Alright. Bye!” she said cheerfully into the receiver of the phone, before pulling it away and hitting the end button. She cringed when she saw the call time blinking on the screen. Two hours? Seriously? She didn't even think she had been gone that long!
Sighing, she pulled the door shut and flopped down on the couch. She had just bought those minutes a week ago, and already she was almost out. If she wanted to eat, she needed to stop talking so much.
Eyeing the laptop sitting on her coffee table, she groaned. She was so tired... It wouldn't hurt just to take a little nap, right? The essay could wait. Besides, nobody can write properly when they're tired. She would get an F anyways. Therefore, this nap was completely justified.
With her mind now at ease, she closed her eyes and drifted off to a pleasant dream.
