Something new is better, because my curiosity makes my brain more fully engaged (and therefore I do less fretting in the background), but there are some shows I watch over and over. Xena and the IT Crowd are the main ones.

I can understand that! My brain unmedicated is immensely frustrating nowadays -- as distractable and unruly as a toddler on sugar.

no offense taken, just a reminder. I understand how easy it is to forget (especially with ADHD!).

It was interesting reading how you enjoy de stressing. I quite enjoy room tidying too although just the tidying part as I don't like cleaning. I'm hopeless at sitting down and watching TV shows, generally and tend to use the internet more to relax.

Ditto! I dislike cleaning unless something is quite dirty and I can then get a visible change. If it looks the same before and after, I don't wanna!

When I internet for hours it doesn't have the same effect, unless I am on LJ. Other parts of the internet are too full of distraction and upsetting things.

That's how I de-stress as well, along with listening to music and yes, it is difficult to stop watching Netflix.

Thank you! It's interesting to see this combination. And I can see myself in some of your explanations, too.
