I think it was the way I was sitting at work. I brought in my exercise ball to sit on instead and the pain has gone away entirely.

I don't want to type out a bunch of advice if you don't want it, but I have chronic pain from head to toe due to an assortment of old ballet injuries. Shoulder pain is the WORST. I can give you some tips on managing it if you'd like. Just let me know. Most people don't realize that this sort of pain is inevitably muscular, which means the right combination of exercise/stretching/massage will get rid of it.

also I've been using Pain Free, by Pete Egoscue, and it has some specific stretches that are low-impact and highly effective.

What about canned cat food?

I supplement with canned cat food but can't afford to feed it for every meal, and when I tried it it upset Kanika's stomach. Kanika gets one small can or pouch a day, plus the dry food.
