prompt 30: how I do energy work / energy play

prosphoros prompted me to write about how I do energy work/play.

I learned intuitively for the most part, by simply experimenting. The first time I experienced energy work in a deliberate, significant way (I'd tried little bits before), it was when Kylei had an interaction with a person who formed a negative energy connection.

When I was going full tilt into my energy work, I offered to work on just about anyone, and nearly everywhere. I've worked on people in school hallways, cafes, houses, after meetings, just about everywhere. I had no fear and I found that my focus was so strong and so narrow that it really didn't matter where I was -- I could create a kind of energetic force field around myself and the receiver so that other people's energy didn't interfere with the work.

I so totally love energy play, omg. It's one of my favorite things ever. But I don't do it all that often because a lot of times people would rather just touch physically.

I had one really beautiful experience of energy play, a few years ago. I was in a community not unlike what you have created amongst your friends, and I did something on one guy and then he sort of engaged me in energy play and it was really delightful. It was awesome to find someone else who 'got' it and just very innocently returned the favor of what I had done.

I would love to do more energy play during sex but somehow that hasn't resonated with me to do yet. It's hard for me to balance the needs of physical and energetic in that respect. I'm usually so fired up that I need to do lots of physical and then I can get slow and deep and feel more into colors and the depth of the experience.
