RANT: privileged ciswomen excluding other oppressed women and calling themselves feminist: BULLSHIT
RadFem2012 is a conference I mentioned before. It is only open to "women born women living as women." It's supporters persist in calling transwomen male, using words like "eejit" which is disgustingly ableist, and privilege-denying enough to make Trump proud. They DISGUST me. I am outraged that they dare call themselves feminist while saying things like "it's not oppression to exclude you from our group." White supremacists would agree; they also "just want the right to exclusive gathers." These are the kind of people who pushed over school buses full of black children because they wanted their schools to stay exclusive. I can't fucking stand this shit, it is just as bad as that Michigan house "leader" who refused to allow one woman to speak on abortion and then banned another for saying "leave my vagina alone." Maybe worse, because these people HAVE ALL THE RIGHT EXPOSURE. These bigoted "radical feminists" (I will NEVER call you that you do NOT deserve the label from me if you think excluding people based on their bodies is EVER okay) have all the literature! They've been informed, both gently and angrily, by other feminists that this hypocritical privilege cesspool of bloody shit and puke is NOT TOLERABLE and they have responded by saying "we can do what we want, stop trying to control us, CENSORSHIP! FASCISTS!" which is the SAME DAMN SHIT that feminists get EVERY DAY from other privilege-defenders (mostly white males). RadFem2012 is only one step away from privilege pinnacle people and it FUCKING SHOWS. The ONLY inequity these people care about is born-as sex inequality. They do not even care about gender inequality because if they did they'd have to care about trans people OMFG and then their heads would catch on fire.

I'm extra pissed because radical feminism was my home until these people shat all over the entire house. Now I have to specify that those people are not living up to radical feminist values. I refuse to abandon radical feminism because there are some turdmonsters stinking it up.
Here's what radical feminism actually means: going to the root of patriarchy, which is gender roles, and breaking them down. It differs from liberal feminism because it attempts to work through social change rather than legal change. (there's a need for both kinds but I have no interest in the watering down you have to put up with to make any legal progress) Because all oppressions intersect, fighting sexism means fighting racism, ableism, ageism, lookism, etc etc: to fight "only for sexism" you would have to only fight for the most privileged women to have rights. That's a huge issue that feminism began with and then people like bell hooks and Audre Lorde said "that's not feminism for ALL women" and now WE OUGHT TO KNOW BETTER THERE IS NO FUCKING EXCUSE.
Also, yes men CAN fucking be feminists. They can even be body-building beard-wearing lumberjack-dressing tobacco-chewing beer-drinking loud-belching men and be feminist because HELLO! FEMINISM CAN FIT IN ANY BRAIN IT DOESN'T COME FROM STRAWBERRY VULVA JUICE.
