that was beautiful, and definitely DOES explain S.A.D. in a damn lucid, vivid manner (i found this via sadsupport, in case you're wondering 'who is this person?')... one of the things that always gets me about winter and trees is the way their once-beautiful, green branches become reduced to skeleton-like claws.
