how old is she... because if shes around a year old its actually quite common.. my cat age 11 months for instance has them too.. most kittens are born with amber eyes.. as they age they turn green.. so in the adolescent stage of 7 months to 1 1/2 they are two toned.
Actually, I think kittens are all born with blue eyes....my whole litter was (six of them) and only one of them kept his blue eyes. (Well, one passed away at 7 weeks, so I don't know what his eye color would have been.)
The only one who still has blue eyes is Ace, the white one. Morbo's (orange - he's in this icon) turned coppery, Ziggy's (brown tabby) turned hazel, Nermal's (the surviving gray) turned greenish gray, and Gremlin's (who I couldn't find a good enough picture of her eyes earlier on, but she's the fluffy calico near the left of the group picture) turned greenish-brown.
Tooo, cute I always wanted an all white kitten with blue eyes when I was little, don't know why. We had tons and tons of cats and they always were born with blue eyes but it could be a breed related thing.
I have two-toned eyes. Gray on the outside, amber on the inside, each taking up an equal amount. It's a pain in the ass because I never know what to put down for my eye color on driver licenses and whatnot. :P
But I don't think it's that rare for humans. I've never seen a cat with them before. She's gorgeous.

You can see the gray babies' eyes in this one...
...the orange one's eyes in this one...
...the tabby's eyes in this one...
...and the white one's eyes in this one.

One of my cats, Duncan, is all black like yours.
If I still had his icon, I'd use it on this comment.
