Keanu's latest movie "The Day The Earth Stood Still" will open in Japan on December 19, and Fox Japan has started selling the advanced tickets with a benefit, which is a ball-point pen with Keanu's voice! LOL!
The first 30,000 tickets have this benifit. According to those who have already bought the tickets, the voice is from the trailer and he says "If the earth dies, you die. If you die, the earth survives."
I think it's kind of funny to hear his voice coming out of a cheep ball-point pen. But I'm not sure if I want to buy the advanced ticket just because of this pen... The advanced ticket is 1,300 yen (approx. US$12), which is much cheaper than the regular ticket (1,800 yen/US$16), but we can always go to see a movie with 1,000 yen (US$9) on a 'Ladies Day'. While I want to contribute the sucess of his movie, I'm not so keen on this kind of movies...
Keanu's baby rumor is going around btw, with Parker Posey. I don't buy it, though. Nothing's wrong with Parker Posey, but it just doesn't sound right.
