Actually, this is a two-part post. The first, before I forget it:

Doug and Carlotta go to the theatre

the_dark_snack  and I went to review three live stage shows last weekend (a perk of my job) and at one, after we had found our seats, I made an interesting discovery. A season ticket-renewal envelope was taped to a nearby seat, and I recognized the names on it.

That recipe half sounds rather good, like a nice burrito filling. No reason you could not throw a few sauteed veggies on top of it, too. Hmm.

We have peppers and onions we cook down into a sort of fajitas, we could add that. Since it's over egg noodles there's no need for the burrito tortilla.
