Another day swiftly coming to a close
Won't be posting much for the next couple of days, as I'm the "editor" of the paper's "letters to Santa" edition, and of course all the input from the elementary schools hits right at their deadline, not giving me much time till mine. Gotta get it done right so that St. Nick can read 'em!
Here's hoping dr_p_venkman and vidicon had a good birthday Saturday (not together, but then the conversation at a shared dinner table with those two would be interesting!); the_dark_snack had a pretty good birthday Sunday, as we braved the snow to go get her free meal at B.D.'s Mongolian BBQ.
As for the weather, we got a few inches of fluffy powder blowing around, which is more of a pain in rural areas where it drifts and re-covers roads. Mostly it hasn't been a big problem for us, but it comes with near-zero (F) temps so it's not fun either.
Oh, and back to birthdays, today is No. 5 for my niece "the Bug" -- I think she had her party over the weekend.
Well, that's it, go vote for LJ Idol. I gotta make like a tree and get outta here.
