My ramblings have begun once more
So much for updating more... Like I could keep up with it.. hhahha
Anticipation is a bitch! Ugh… Time for me to vent and B, M, & G! haha (bitch, moan and groan.) I think this week I’m going to go insane. So many things that I’ve been waiting for in yet I still have to wait a bit longer.
Have you ever felt this way? Being anxious and scared at the same time? I’m so impatient which leads me to become more annoyed and frustrated. It doesn’t help that I think too much too. Ack!!!!
I’ll be starting my new job this Thursday but will be going for an information session to meet my new coworkers and other coworkers I’ve worked with before today. I’ll be working as a Recreation Therapist at another care home in Burnaby. It’s not so bad… The residents are capable of walking with their walkers and there aren’t any wheelchairs to push. But I guess there will be some lifting to be done. I will also be working as a Renal Dialysis Tech when I’m called in. I have a few shifts coming up. I think the hard part of the recreation job is that we have no one to relieve me and my coworker Lexie. Hahaha I hope to at least get one day off work. Crazy! But oh well need to earn money somehow.
What’s coming up in April and May? Well, Hockey playoffs start tomorrow. Canucks vs Stars. I’d like to see how Luongo plays tomorrow. His first playoff game then again he’s played international hockey wonder if that would be beneficial to him. Friday my whole family will be going out for dinner (my bro in law Eric and I are treating - due to our settlement for the car accident.) On the 29th of April, it’s my sister’s farewell party. She’s off to Turkey part of Rotary. She’ll be gone for a month or so. In May, I’m looking forward to my trip to Vegas and then to California. party, Party, PARTY This will only be my vacation so I might as well have fun and relax. This will be my first time to travel with friends (in Vegas). Can’t wait. I gotta see if Kenny will actually bungee jump with me. Hahahahaha How about Mark?
In 90 minutes, I’ll be having my first driving lesson with Young Drivers… Our weather is so unpredictable. I’m a bit scared to drive. I hope we start off slow. But I’m sure my instructor will know where to start. Anyone wanna take me driving? Hee hee
