Did you all hear the great news? All of us that get tax refunds are going to get an extra $300 back this year to "stimulate the economy". Does that mean we are supposed to go shopping? Because they decided to give us $300 instead of extending unemployment benefits or additional food stamp benefits. I guess I'd better put that $300 in an interest bearing account since I'll have to use it when I don't qualify for food stamps or my unemployment benefits run out in the middle of a recession, right??
WHAT FUCKING MORONS!!!! $300 isn't enough money to do a god damn thing! Not only that, but do the people making $135k a year really gonna get excited about getting $1200 extra this year? Is that going to stimulate their economies?
Frankly, all this "stimulus package" has done is terrify me even more about the state of our economy!
